Position Summary:


IEM is looking for a Full Time – Program Manager who will be the primary point of contact to our client and is accountable for the productivity of their team and meeting deadlines on time and within budgets established.

 

Primary Location:

  • Candidates can originate from anywhere in the United States, you will work remotely from home or personal office location
  • All remote work environments require the ability to maintain minimum Internet speeds of 25 Mbps upload and 3 Mbps download, as well as a ping rate of 100 ms or less during working hours, regardless of the type and number of devices using your Internet connection. You must also have account privileges and access to your Internet service provider account during working hours for the purposes of maintaining the Internet connection, if needed.

Travel Requirements:

  • This position may require travel to complete work assignments or attend meetings.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive program strategy to achieve the goals of the Home Energy Rebate Program.  
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure successful delivery and compliance with the Home Energy Rebate Program guidelines. 
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align project activities with program objectives and funding requirements. 
  • Collaborate with state leadership, federal agencies, and community partners to enhance program effectiveness and sustainability. 
  • Lead a team of project managers and coordinators to support the execution of program activities and deliverables. 
  • Prepare and present program updates and reports to key stakeholders, including progress reports, budget analysis, and impact assessments. 
  • Evaluate program outcomes and impact on broadband accessibility, adoption, and economic development in the state.
  • Other functions may be assigned based on the changing project environment.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution 
  • Ten (10) years of relatable work experience
  • In addition to the above- Five (5) years of experience in project/program management, banking, accounting, supervision, production management, personnel management and/or business administration. 
  • Understanding of IRA-funded programs and Department of Energy guidance for 50121 and 50122 Energy Rebate Programs. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, disaster recovery or response, community development certifications and/ or experience is preferred.
