In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the Administrative Manager of the renowned Iacocca Institute, a hub of innovation and global impact. Position Number: S80580

This position is a Grade: 8 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $46,180-$55,420 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support for Iacocca Institute programs, projects, and events and serves as a contributing member of the Institute operations team.
• Responsible for the data management, collation, and documentation of program participants, including online program applications and all supplemental material through acceptance, program participation, and post-program surveys.
• Monitor office email accounts and manage inquiries and information, ensuring accurate and timely distribution to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
• Responsible for supporting the day-to-day financial functions associated with the Iacocca Institute, and programs while ensuring that all transactions are accurate and conform to Lehigh University compliance standards.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Master's Degree preferred.
• Three to five years of related work experience.
• Experience with project management and working within operational teams.
• Demonstrated ability in managing activities to budget.
• Skilled in coordinating with faculty, university services, and outside vendors.
