We are looking for a Program Manager- Field Insights.  You will report on customer engagement, sales strategies, and operational insights to optimize business operations. Working with Demand Planning Team to provide field insights and CSAM triage management for our premium customers. In this role you will work with multiple teams to create and develop reports and analytics. In this role you will Interface with the Sales Team, noting incoming demand, helping to manage customer escalations as it relates to capacity. Â
Requirements:Â
- 8-10 Years of experience with Data Analysis, CRM Data, Sales Pipeline, Motion Cycle and Azure. prior or relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's DegreeÂ
- CSAM triage management experience.
- Cross Collaborative, Technical and Business needs translating both ways to be accommodated from a capacity perspective. Â
- Presenting a capacity summary on the region and the "hot" issues within âŚ
