Program Manager, Global DTC & Commercial Initiatives FAB

First Aid Beauty, a prestige skincare brand sold at retailers such as Sephora, Ulta, Direct to Consumer (DTC) and Amazon is looking for a passionate, curious, tech and data driven Program Manager, Global DTC & Commercial Initiatives to help drive the global DTC business for First Aid Beauty.  This key role assists with the planning of Firstaidbeauty.com user experience ensuring a best-in-class site experience, and increasing site KPI’s such as average order value (AOV) and conversion rate (CR).

The Program Manager, Global DTC & Commercial Initiatives will report to the Director of E-Commerce & Digital Marketing and work closely with the website development team, DTC, Consumer Engagement, Creative and Brand Marketing teams.  First Aid Beauty is located in Newton, MA, so Boston-area candidates are preferred, but we are open to remote candidates in select states within the U.S. No relocation assistance will be provided. Remote employees are expected to travel to the First Aid Beauty office in Newton at least once every 2 months.

The ideal candidate has a passion for process, loves a building out a timeline, and is comfortable managing internal and external third-party tech partners. They can inspire and positively influence a team and are comfortable flexing their style to push and challenge as fit.  Highly organized, this individual thrives managing projects in a fast-paced environment. A strong understanding of E-Commerce, digital marketing and technology partners are required.  Entrepreneurship, leadership, and creative thinking are necessary.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Roadmap planning of future website features and functionalities
    • Work with our website development agency partner and the E-Com Director on prioritizing features that help drive improved KPI’s such as average order value and conversion rate to maximize revenue.
       
  • Manage the UK DTC site build and any future DTC International expansions
    • Partner with the website development agency, all third-party tech partners, and the E-Com Director ensuring GDPR compliance and local translation as required.
       
  • Develop a conversion rate optimization process for Firstaidbeauty.com
    • Identify areas where consumers are dropping off on the website by looking at Google Analytics and create hypothesis of what could be the friction points.
    • Develop and execute A/B tests leveraging tools such as Crazyegg to improve conversion rate across the site (homepage, product listing pages and product detail pages).
