Broad aspects of the role include: program management, product management for digital health tools, stakeholder engagement, utilization of key methodologies for product development and project management, utilization of digital tools to support product documentation and roadmaps, and application of health behavior concepts to create an engaging user experience with measurable outcomes.
Specific functions of the role include: Utilize product management and program management to drive the development, launch, scaling, and ongoing improvement of health technology initiatives under the leadership of the Director and SVP, ensuring alignment with user needs and organizational strategic goals. Engage stakeholders and manage cross-functional needs, driving continuous innovation and improvement in digital health programs. Define program goals, manage resources, mitigate risks, and maintain clear communications with stakeholders to ensure successful program outcomes. Collaborate with engineering, UX, and stakeholder teams to facilitate product roadmaps and ensure roadmaps align with program goals and stakeholder needs. Coordinate and conduct product documentation and help track feature development timelines. Accountable for completing tasks and projects by delivering on-time scope, schedule, cost, and quality. Understands the patient experience and measures outcomes aligned with health behavior principles. Enjoys learning and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, overcoming obstacles, and aligning stakeholders to realize project and task delivery success. Serves as a trusted adviser who can be called upon at any moment to provide support and project insight. Creates a collaborative partnership with business units across the organization to accomplish deliverables. Provides guidance to the project team and ensures project is integrated with other projects and ACS objectives and goals. Follows standard project management methodology for specific project plans.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate, facilitate, and offer thought leadership on multiple programs, projects, and opportunities for innovation from inception to long-term growth.
Meet with stakeholders across the organization to develop and align business case, project goals, project scope, assumptions, and deliverables of digital health products.
Coordinate and conduct meetings to discuss roles and responsibilities, relationships with other business units, deliverables, product roadmaps, timelines, goals, ways of working, assignments, and status reporting. Assists with updating plans as needed.
Conduct research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive opportunities to guide product decisions.
Translate user and stakeholder needs into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing updates on progress, timelines, and goals.
Manage and coordinate documentation for product requirements and features.
Ensure that projects and programs are successfully launched and coordinated. Provide traditional project management functions: communication; planning; tracking; risk assessment; product requirements definition; product release management; scope; timeline; budget monitoring.
Develop and coordinate project plan including schedule and budget, using Agile and Kanban methodologies.
Utilize digital project management tools efficiently to facilitate projects and programs, including Azure DevOps, Monday.com, and Miro.
Maintain product roadmaps and provide input on user experience approaches, behavioral health implications, and user interface design.
Facilitate decision-making as appropriate, acting as a liaison between parties and resolving misalignment and differing perspectives to maintain program focus and cohesion.
Oversee reporting and data analysis processes to align insights with program goals and support informed decision-making, and utilizes milestones and charts.
Assists in developing risk management plans and change control plans for the project or program.
Provide timely updates on project status, budget coordination, schedules, and contract deadlines.
Coordinate and support meetings and calls, including scheduling, note-taking, and distributing information to support the Director and SVP.
Manage inquiries and contacts from various stakeholders, work groups, and vendors.
Work with staff and project teams to ensure clear communication and coordination on all activities.
Identify and work to remove barriers to successful completion of the overall project, with particular emphasis on resolving issues with cross-functional implications.
Incorporate quality standards in project and program implementation.
Monitor and maintain the project budget and schedule as needed.
Facilitate project and release retrospective review meeting and documents lessons learned.
Represent the project at meetings and in group discussions as requested.
Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
FORMAL KNOWLEDGE
Bachelor’s degree (BS, BA) with minimum of 2 years of program/project management experience and minimum of 2 years of product management (or similar product-related function) for patient-facing digital health products, required.
Strong experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint required.
Experience with product and project management tools, such as Monday.com, Miro, Azure DevOps, and Jira required.
Preferred experience working with cancer patients or clinicians, with an understanding of health behavior change principles in relation to digital health.
Preferred experience with artificial intelligence applied to digital health tools that enhance the patient experience.

The starting rate is $78,000 to $95,000. The final candidate's relevant experience/skills will be considered before an offer is extended. Actual starting pay will vary based on non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
