Program Manager-Contract

What We’re Looking For:

Sift is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Program Manager. You will play a pivotal role in leading and driving strategic initiatives across the organization, overseeing multiple projects and ensuring their successful delivery. 

You will report to our Chief of Staff who leads overall Program Management practices to ensure consistency in our approach and connection to our company strategy. Your strong program management skills and ability to drive alignment will be instrumental in shaping our success!

What You’ll Do:

• Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy.

• Oversee the execution and delivery of multiple projects within the program, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

• Develop and maintain program documentation, including program charters, roadmaps, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Identify and mitigate risks and issues within the program, applying proactive strategies to ensure successful outcomes and escalating to E-staff as needed.

• Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders, communicating program status, milestones, and key insights.

• Work with the Chief of Staff to develop and refine program management methodologies, processes, and best practices tailored to our startup environment.

• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging practices in program management, leveraging relevant insights to enhance our program delivery capabilities.

What Would Make You a Strong Fit:

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, project management, or a related field.

• Proven experience including 4+ years in a program management or similar role in business operations, project management, or management consulting with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex programs.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive alignment, including presentation preparation.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Analytical mindset with a strategic perspective, capable of identifying program risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in B2B SaaS Space (Bonus for AI/ML)

• Proficiency in program management software and tools like Confluence, Slack, GSuite, and Atlassian

• Expertise in program management methodologies, tools, and techniques, experience on JIRA/Atlassian and Smartsheet preferred.

• Program Management Professional (PgMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a bonus.
