Molecular imaging is a strategic Business unit for PDx business where we see significant growth potential for the use of Molecular Imaging to enable precision health. We have a foundation of established proprietary products and now plan to build on this significantly with the development and launch of a growing innovative pipeline of products that will enable better diagnostic decisions and clinical outcomes across Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, cardiology, and oncology. We are also partnering with Pharma Companies and the research community to create companion diagnostic solutions that support patient selection and monitoring through the development of immuno-oncology therapies.
You will ensure the successful end-to-end delivery of the entire Portfolio of programs in Nuclear Cardiology, covering current and next generation releases. Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial, Clinical, Application teams and other cross-functional teams to define and drive programs through a multi-year NPI Program portfolio that is defined based on Product and Technology roadmaps. The Program Leader will drive improvements to NPI processes to improve quality and predictability of NPI programs.Job Description
Leads the NPI program portfolio to develop meaningful program execution strategies & plans from product roadmaps, partnering with technical teams internally and externally and coordinating all required activities and milestones.
Partners with business leadership in project prioritization and initiation, responsible for definition of and compliance with project management methodologies, performing regular tracking and reporting on progress.
Serves as point person with Global Product Management for portfolio alignment.
Assesses internal and external business challenges and recommends strategic adjustments to program roadmap.
Financial responsibility for the program budget, including prioritizing and balancing spend across programs.
Translates high-level long-term strategies into more specific and actionable targets for cross-functional teams.
Responsible for continuous improvement of the program management strategy and process – driving organizational capability to deliver yearly releases.
Takes initiative in improving cross-functional and cross-business efficiency challenges that compromise time to market.
Collaborates effectively with stakeholders at multiple international development sites by adapting and embracing different working cultures and sharing best practices.
Drives continuous program management process development through Agile and Lean, simplifying product registrations, Quality business processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
7+ years of experience
Experience leading programs/projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
Experience analyzing and resolving problems.
Certification in project management.
Desired Characteristics
Extensive experience in managing NPI Programs within the Healthcare domain (from start to product release), in depth understanding of Healthcare new product launch and commercialization processes.
Comfortable navigating and leading through ambiguity.
Ability to bring groups, often cross functional, together to assess options and decisively take next steps.
Knowledge of Lean and Agile methodologies

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $126,480.00-$189,720.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
