As a Program Finance Manager working remotely and reporting into our Haltom City, TX location, you will play a pivotal role in providing Integrated Product Team (IPT) financial support, with a primary focus on the Lockheed Martin Value Stream. Your expertise will be essential in collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial and cost data from various sources to drive informed business decisions.

What YOU Will Do:

  • Responsible for P&L of the Lockheed Martin program

  • Closing, forecast, and annual / long range planning reporting and analysis

  • Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities

  • Provide results analysis by program; perform gap analysis to plan and forecast

  • Support monthly program reviews with program management

  • Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations

  • Prepare and manage monthly Performance Based Billing process

  • Ensure proper revenue recognition following the ASC606 standards

  • Contribute to the annual standard costs process, ensuring the integrity of material and labor hour assumptions and respective analysis

  • Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as required

  • Assist in SOX and ACA audits

  • Participate in and identify continuous improvement projects and cost reduction initiatives

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience

  • U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here:  https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62

  • Minimum 4 years of financial planning experience

  • Minimum 2 years of P&L responsibilities

Qualifications We Prefer

  • SAP/ERP experience

  • EAC accounting experience

  • Military / Government contracting experience

  • Manufacturing experience

  • Excellent PC skills; demonstrated strength in using Microsoft Suite

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work both within a team environment

  • Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles* will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
