Program Finance Manager

The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Finance Manager to provide program and financial support for a division within the Mission and Engineering Support line of business. Position will manage multiple financial analysts and work closely with line management.
Responsibilities:
- This position encompasses several duties; to include, but not limited to:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of program/project financials, including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, funding tracking/requests, ETCs/EAC (to include Firm Fixed Projects) and other ad-hoc requests/reports.
- Prepare and maintain financial documents, dashboards, and status reports, leveraging analytical tools to track, analyze, and communicate trends to program, line, and financial management.
- Drive efficiency by evaluating and optimizing financial procedures, models, and systems, while providing innovative solutions to improve financial management processes.
- Manage a team of program financial analysts (PFAs)
- Provides input for the development of annual budget submission and engages with line and staff functional groups to provide recommendations
Qualifications:
Required:
- BA/BS Degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Experience supporting financial requirements on USG/DoD contracts (federal funding regulations, appropriation types, etc.)
- Expert Proficiency in MS Excel/Smartview.
- Analytical skills, abilities, and subject-matter knowledge that supports all aspects of financial management.
- Prior management experience.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to efficiently multitask and quickly respond to new priorities and requirements.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
