About the Role

As the Program Director, you will oversee a team delivering disability and leave management services. This key role demands effective client engagement and team leadership abilities. Your responsibilities include ensuring top-notch and compliant leave of absence services, promoting excellence and client satisfaction, and nurturing internal colleague engagement.

This role is remote with regular travel to the client office in Jersey City, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

· Leading and managing all aspects of Short-Term Disability (STD), Family Medical Leave, Company Leaves, and Medical Accommodations.

· Driving a culture of excellence, resulting in high client satisfaction and internal colleague engagement.

· Developing and execute innovative operational strategies using data and analytics to measure and improve performance.

· Overseeing financial and contract management, including negotiations.

· Ensuring that an effective system of regulatory compliance and internal controls have been maintained.

· Recruiting, manage and grow and retain a high performing team.

· Delivering exceptional cross-functional collaboration with key partners across the organization. Partners include: IT, Best Practices, Customer Service, Finance, Compliance, Account Management and Chief Medical Officer.

· Serving as primary point of contact for the client leadership team and holds a key

· Possess a comprehensive knowledge of disability and leave concepts, products, and claim management practices and principles.
