The Program Coordinator supports and participates in relevant programs, manages aspects of related projects, provides daily support in maintaining program documentation, coordinates and schedules meetings and/or summits, produces data, analyzes data, creates program or project reports and presentations, conducts research, supports training activities and provides other types of administrative support to a variety of programs within the department. The Program Coordinator communicates regularly with stakeholders, clinical leaders, managers, team members and regional/system staff. 

This position performs full and complex project functions, and must exercise independent judgment, professionalism, autonomy, and initiative with a demonstrated ability to interface with both internal and external customers that requires considerable discretion and diplomacy. Requires a moderate degree of technical skills and knowledge of project coordination and project management practices. In collaboration with others, this position assists in meeting regional and department goals and objectives and represents the organization in a positive and professional manner.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
  • 2+ years of demonstrated relevant work experience in organizing, facilitating, and assisting in program planning and project or business/clinical operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management experience

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
