Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Control Analyst to join our team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Monitor and reports performance against plans to ensure that contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are met.

  • Report, analyze, and interpret financial and operating data.

  • Provide project management/administrative support.

  • Additional duties include forecasting/budgeting, Monitoring Procurement Budgets and Travel Costs

  • Monthly Technical and Financial report submissions to government customer.

  • Maintain contract budgets, gather data, and initiate purchase requisitions for materials and subs, equipment, production costs and delivery schedules.

  • Develops plans including budgets.

  • Prepares special reports and financial studies for management and alerts them to significant variances to plan.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in the field of Business or related field and two (2) years of experience with financial analysis, data collecting and or report processing. OR HS diploma and six (6) years of office experience including office management, financial analysis, data collection, and or report processing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Excel including, Pivot Tables and Formulas

Clearance Requirement:

  • Currently active Secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80%.

  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

  • Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

  • Must be able to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.

  • Must be the consummate professional who excels in a small and fast paced office environment and enjoys working in a close-knit team devoted to the mission.

  • Must have good written communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.

  • Must be able to follow directions.

  • Must be able to work well alone and as part of a team.

The projected compensation range for this position is $59,400-$98,700. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
