The Professional Development (PD) Operations Scheduler position is a contract position through August 2025 that focuses on two key areas: scheduling of professional development sessions, and supporting data review and monitoring. Members of the Professional Development (PD) Operations team are an integral part of the overall success of Amplify, as well as the success of our partnerships with school districts across the country.
Essential Responsibilities:
Our PD Operations Schedulers are responsible for the logistics and scheduling of Amplify Professional Development (PD) using Salesforce. PD Operations Schedulers support the initial preparation and scheduling of all Amplify products, ensuring PD engagements are scheduled on the customer’s preferred date and modality with a highly qualified trainer for optimal implementation results. In this role you will:
Professionally address internal and external PD scheduling needs with efficiency and attention to detail.
Gather event logistics, identify session details, and escalate gaps by collaborating with internal team members.
Utilize Salesforce to schedule PD sessions dynamically and accurately, ensuring alignment with scheduling requirements.
Update and maintain customer and session information in accordance with established service level agreements.
Confirm PD sessions and details with school leaders in a professional and timely manner.
Apply a customer-focused approach while balancing business objectives and operational priorities.
Maintain proficiency in operational processes to support efficient scheduling and service delivery.
Leverage strong administrative and organizational skills to meet or exceed established deadlines.
Work collaboratively across multiple teams, including geographically dispersed colleagues, to ensure seamless execution of PD scheduling.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
At least 1 year of experience utilizing Salesforce or other internal business systems to maintain and share data
Demonstrated capability to independently take initiative and drive tasks through to completion
Strong understanding of business processes, systems, and workflows
Experience managing several multi-pronged tasks simultaneously
Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a corporate setting
1+ years experience working on a customer service/support/success team
Demonstrated proficiency with analyzing data from multiple internal business systems
Well-versed in effective customer communication at various organizational levels
Ability to enthusiastically function within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial service and support culture
Additional Information:
Time: This is a full time, contract position to support our busy spring and summer season from mid-April 2025 through August 2025. Expected working hours are Monday through Friday during regular business hours in the candidate’s respective time zone, with the potential for alternative hours during our busiest weeks.
Location: This is a remote position that requires that you are both permitted to work in and currently live in the United States. You must also be able to provide a quiet and professional work environment.
Equipment: This position requires access to reliable home internet that can support web browsing and video calling. A laptop computer will be provided.
Compensation:
The hourly rate range for this role is $28.00 - $33.00.
