We are Looking for:

 

The Production Administrator will play a key role in supporting the Visual Communications team by handling a variety of tasks across team verticals. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong operational mindset. Additionally, the candidate should have some familiarity with the YouTube ecosystem / video production process, as they will collaborate directly with our producers. This is a remote Full-Time Permanent position for someone who lives in the Pacific Time zone.  Job Responsibilities:  

• Provide operational support to the Visual Communications team
• Providing tactical support for our producers.
• Manage and organize production data
• Assist producers with scheduling, resource allocation, and other administrative tasks
• Maintain project trackers and timelines
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows
• Maintain and update production documentation
• Graphics file management - asset folder organization
• Create R&Rs for new processes
• Document R&Rs for transitioning existing processes
• Forecasting support

 

Qualifications and Experience:

 

• 3-5 years experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in data management and analysis
• Familiarity with video and/or graphics production processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in Project Management tools like Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.) and YouTube (channel management, YT Analytics).
• Proactive and solution-oriented
• Adaptable and able to handle changing priorities
• Experience working in a production environment
• Strong critical thinking and reasoning skills

 Compensation & Benefits:
