Link is looking for an outstanding Product Specialist - Anaplan Model Builder to join our team and help us continue to grow and succeed. The Anaplan Model Builder will be a key part of a fast-paced, highly effective Finance Platform Team and will assist in optimizing current financial forecasting, analytics, and reporting processes to be more automated and efficient. This role will help build the financial planning structure and support finance business leaders by moving current business processes into Anaplan.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design and build Anaplan-based solutions to support client business processes and to continuously improve productivity and operational efficiency.
Support financial forecasting, planning, reporting, and analysis.
Collaborate with business partners to understand their needs and create solutions to meet them.
Participate in the development of project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
Provide guidance and training to users on Anaplan system and models.
Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency in Anaplan models.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree
At least 2+ years of experience building Anaplan Models
At least 2+ years of experience in the Real Estate Industry preferred
You have SQL experience
At least 2+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting
System implementation or project management experience preferred
Anaplan Model Builder Certification (Level 3) preferred
Ability to learn new systems/processes and quickly ramp up to support those
Hands on experience with operating in sprint cycles using Agile/Scrum framework
Clear communication and ability to create order out of chaos
Extract Transform Load (ETL) tool experience is a plus
You're savvy with systems and are comfortable with data architecture
You're super analytical and love getting in the details
You thrive in a fluid and dynamic fast-paced environment, and embrace ambiguity
$105,000 - $120,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
