Product Process and Systems Lead

The Role:
The Product Process and Systems Lead (PPSL) supports the optimization and management of the product management processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and collaboration of the Product Management team. This role is ideal for someone transitioning from Project or Program Management into Product Management, bringing strong cross-functional collaboration and project management skills. A critical function of this role is to support the intake of enhancement requests from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring systematic tracking, and clear communication of status updates back to stakeholders. The PPSL will support the implementation and continuous improvement of workflows, product management tools, and systems that support decision-making and execution throughout the product lifecycle. In this role, the PPSL will work closely with product managers, engineering, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of product management processes and systems. The PPSL is responsible for identifying process gaps, executing workflow improvements, and ensuring product management operations align with business objectives. This role will actively support process enhancements by analyzing inefficiencies, implementing solutions, and coordinating cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence in product management.
What you’ll do:
Process Optimization & Governance:
- Support the intake of enhancement requests from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of status updates, and systematically tracking and reporting KPIs to optimize the enhancement request intake process.
- Coordinate all product-related communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely updates on Product changes, Roadmaps, and Release Plans; Facilitate regular announcements, including Roadmap and Release Plan reviews, across the organization and with key strategic accounts.
- Support the effective execution of Beta Programs, Limited Releases, and Feature Adoption programs; Monitor and report on the progress of key deliverables within each New Product Development (NPD) stage, driving alignment and accountability across all NPD initiatives.
- Help define, implement, and optimize product management workflows to enhance efficiency and standardization across the Product Management team.
- Contribute to the refinement of the best practices and governance for product management processes, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
Systems & Tools Management:
- Assists in the maintenance and administration of Product Management tools, including road-mapping, backlog management, and product analytics platforms.
- Ensure product teams are equipped with the right systems and tools to facilitate effective planning, prioritization, and execution.
- Provides guidance in the evaluation and implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance product operations and decision-making.
- Standardize reporting processes to improve visibility into performance.
- Automate or streamline manual processes where feasible.
Who you are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in Project or Program Management, with a strong process-oriented mindset.
- Understanding of enterprise software development and product lifecycle processes.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales/Marketing, and Operations in a SaaS, automation, healthcare tech, or enterprise software industry.
- Proven experience working with product management tools such as Aha!, Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to travel up to 10%.
Even better if you have:
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile).
- Familiarity with enterprise software development processes and workflows.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment.
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management systems and best practices.

Compensation:
The estimated base annual salary range for this position is $82,465.30 to $111,570.70, though a candidate’s base annual salary shall be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience. This position may additionally be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
