We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Owner to lead the development and execution of various features within the Credential Management product team. You will work closely with product managers, cross-functional teams including engineering, enterprise architects, solution consultants, implementation leads, compliance, and operations to deliver secure, scalable, and innovative payment solutions across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of the payments industry, experience delivering SaaS products, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of taking product initiatives from concept to successful launch.

About the team

The credential management team is Worldpay’s central hub for managing & unifying various payment credentials across channels and devices for merchants and partners alike with a goal to simplify and streamline the experience in a secure and compliant manner. We provide standalone, modular capabilities that can be leveraged as-a-service while also maintaining platform integrity as being the single from where updates are sourced and applied across the Enterprise.

What you’ll own

Execution and delivery: Lead the development and execution of product roadmaps, emphasizing key deliverables and desired outcomes. Serve as the primary contact working with product managers, technology teams and stakeholders from project initiation to final delivery.

Prioritization: Own prioritization of product roadmaps for various scrum teams, addressing and escalating risks and challenges to ensure timely delivery, while keeping stakeholders updated on progress. Will also be responsible for effective sequencing of initiatives and ensure value delivery to meet or surpass expectations.

Performance and monitoring: Define and track key performance metrics for API usage, scalability, uptime, making data driven decisions to optimize performance and ensure reliability.

Customer Feedback & Market Research: Gather and incorporate feedback from API users, product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to improve API functionality, user experience, and performance.

Drive Accountability: Partner with technology teams to drive accountability by setting clear expectations, tracking progress, and escalating risks or issues as needed to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

Documentation & Support: Ensure comprehensive API documentation is created and maintained to support ease of use for developers, implementation consultants, partners, and third-party integrators.

What you’ll bring

· Strong understanding of API development, RESTful services, and API lifecycle management.

· Proven ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements while working closely with product and engineering teams to translate them into functional specifications, and managing backlogs by breaking down epics into detailed features and user stories.

· Excellent communication skills for updating stakeholders, managing expectations, and explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

· Extensive experience in creating and maintaining detailed project documentation and participating in testing and carrying out demos to ensure solutions meet requirements and quality standards.

· Experience working in Scaled Agile Framework

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $89,180.00 - $149,820.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
