- Facilitates requirements analysis sessions with stakeholders and project teams.
- Identifies business requirements, develops use case-based specifications, and manages requirement artifacts.
- Maintains deep understanding of product functionalities, customizations, and their impact on customer experience.
- Creates user stories and organizes product backlog for incremental delivery.
- Manages product lifecycle, facilitates sprint planning, and resolves delivery roadblocks.
- Creates test cases, conducts user acceptance testing, and ensures validation of business requirements.
- Assists in release documentation, product demonstrations, and go-live activities.
- Implements security measures and ensures compliance.
- Interfaces with vendors and provides ongoing product support.
- Considers product life cycle and total cost of ownership.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise for the Job:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience is required
- Network/Technical experience is a plus
- Innovative thinker
- Driven and self-motivated
- Highly imaginative
- Understanding of SQL preferred, but trainable
- Preference for candidates with gaming industry experience
