Summary

Your role in our mission

Product Goals and Roadmap: 

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap. 
• Define and align product goals with overall business objectives and customer needs.
• MUST maintain a 12-month view of client pipeline and opportunities and communicate and collaborate with engineering to ensure pipeline is an input into engineering capacity and delivery timelines. 
• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, customer feedback, and business priorities.
•  MUST maintain a 12-month high level roadmap for client consumption, AND a 12-month detailed feature/capability roadmap for internal consumption. 
• MUST maintain a set of product-related metrics/KPIs to define success and measure progress against it.

Product Development and Delivery:

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement resulting in the identification of capabilities, features, enhancements, etc. 
•  MUST pare down capabilities, features, enhancements, into clear requirements and enter ADO backlog. 
• MUST ensure requirements have clear descriptions, acceptance criteria, test criteria, etc. 
• MUST meet with engineering regularly to groom backlog and guide demos.
•  Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.

Quality Assurance: 

• Collaborate with QA teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure that the delivered solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Stakeholder Management:

•  Engage with customers, partners, and internal teams to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and drive continuous improvement.

Market Analysis: 

• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and enhance our product offerings.
•  Leads the design, pricing and marketing of products and services to provide support for the full life cycle of products and product lines.
