Are you analytical thinker and enjoy being part of a creative process? Be part of our exciting FinTech Payments Product Management team! The Product Owner role assists with product launch initiatives and will communicate with the user community, vendors, and development teams. 

If collaboration, software development, and change management excites you, look no further. This position on our product team gives you the opportunity to interface with users, vendors, operations, applications, and technical support.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • Spearhead the identification of business and technical requirements for cutting-edge company products.
  • Coordinate and track priorities, activities, and progress of dynamic projects, delivering exciting progress updates to management.
  • Craft vivid and detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and user interface specifications, performs product UAT and validation ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product requirements and create business requirements for product development enhancements.
  • Act as a liaison between the user community, vendors, and internal teams, bringing excitement to product launches and providing valuable insights for new innovations.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with DevOps to meticulously refine and enhance project requirements, ensuring a synergistic fusion of technical excellence and operational efficiency.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise Needed for the Job:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field required.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner/Business Analyst role in a complex business and systems environment.
  • 2+ years of experience in an agile development environment.
  • Demonstrated skills with business analyst tools and methodologies, software development lifecycle, testing, and problem solving.
  • Demonstrated ability gathering business requirements within complex organizations and developing appropriate technology and business solutions.
  • Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams in developing technical solutions to complex business problems.
