Job Description
SUMMARY: We are seeking a Product/Project Operations Manager to join Stride's Private Schools Business. This role will focus on technical and business-oriented project management, Tier 3 operational support, vendor management, and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have experience with B2C digital commerce solutions such as Shopify or Salesforce commerce cloud, along with demonstrable knowledge of agile project management methodologies, bringing a strategic consulting mindset to drive operational success.

- Partner with internal stakeholders to evaluate business needs and recommend technology solutions aligned with strategic goals.
- Provide technical project management to implement new features, enhancements, and process improvements across digital, commerce, and related business systems.
- Provide Tier 3 operational support for eCommerce and content platforms, including Shopify, PIMs, and CMS solutions, ensuring system reliability and issue resolution.
- Analyze, document, and refine business requirements, workflows, and operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor system performance and coordinate with developers and third-party providers to resolve escalated technical issues.
- Establish best practices for documentation, training, and operational procedures to support scalability and knowledge sharing.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Five (5) + years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in technical project management, product operations, or eCommerce operations.
- Strong background in managing B2C e-commerce platforms, such as Shopify and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Working knowledge of product information management (PIM) and content management systems (CMS), and associated workflows
- Familiarity with data analytics, reporting tools, and performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of API integrations and automation for commerce platforms.
- Demonstrable experience driving process improvement, requirements analysis, and change management.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to clear required background check.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Stride, Inc. considers a person’s education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position’s work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee’s salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position’s level and expected contribution, and the employee’s benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.
We anticipate the salary range to be $84,457.50-$171,715.20. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual’s compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions. Stride offers a robust benefits package for eligible employees that can include health benefits, retirement contributions, and paid time off.
