Sitting on our Product Operations team, within our PMO function, the Associate Product Manager will work closely with our stakeholders across the business and product teams to intake and route product requests. This is a full time position that is fully remote. 

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Triage incoming product requests: from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Route requests: to the appropriate product team or stakeholder for further action, ensuring clarity and alignment with current product goals
  • Prioritize requests: Work with senior leadership product managers to prioritize requests based on impact and roadmaps
  • Maintain request log: including incoming requests, their status, and relevant follow-ups to ensure transparency and accountability, and partner with Product Enablement to ensure requests are accurately added to the roadmap when appropriate 
  • Facilitate communication: Act as a liaison between stakeholders and product teams to ensure clear communication and expectations around requests
  • Data and reporting: Provide regular reports on request volumes, response times, and key metrics, and request trends to help improve the triage and routing process.
