About the role
As the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will lead product marketing in defining our Enterprise vertical. To start, you will focus on our newly minted partnership with GameChange - a competitive giving program poised to disrupt how fans support collegiate sports. You will accelerate adoption and help Harness deliver our mission of connecting fans with engaging impact-driven programs. This highly cross-functional role will partner closely with external business partners and our Harness product, engineering, partnerships and customer experience teams. The ideal candidate has experience with consumer fintech products and values working in a B2B2C environment.

Define and own the Harness Enterprise vertical messaging and positioning; focusing on GameChange in the near term while developing a long-term vision
Flawlessly execute product and marketing launches, coordinating across a complex set of stakeholders; own the strategic marketing roadmap
Drive a customer insights and research agenda that informs product and marketing. Develop an industry perspective that inspires confidence.
Build and maintain close relationships and clear communication; working closely with legal as well as multiple creative agencies
Partner with product, design, and engineering leadership to develop and maintain a robust roadmap of features rooted in customer and market insights
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
3-5 years of experience in product marketing
Experience in consumer fintech supporting consumer-facing product
Demonstrates clear history of successful go to market launches
Demonstrates clear history of complex stakeholder management
Champion the voice of the business customer and end consumer
Passion for navigating ambiguity and operating in a nimble and lean environment
Bias for action; self-starter that wants to quickly add value
Proven ability to lead communication efforts across multiple stakeholder groups to drive projects and initiatives forward
Experience working in the sports industry
Mission-driven and wants to align work with social impact
$150,000 - $175,000 a year
This position requires candidates to be located and legally authorized to work in the United States. Starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experiences, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The current salary range for this position is $150,000-$175,000 USD per year.
