The Role

FURTHER is seeking an experienced Product Marketing pro to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to help build out a Product Marketing function the right way, from the ground up. We’ll rely on your deep understanding of the B2B buyers’ journey to build content and programs that will reinforce FURTHER’s leadership position and help us grow into new segments and verticals. This newly created remote role will report to the VP of Marketing and work closely with Sales, Customer Success and Product, making it a great opportunity to grow your skills and your career as part of a rising star in the healthcare industry.

What You’ll Own

  • Content Management and Development: Transform our product story into a comprehensive content library across our website, sales materials, and educational resources. Own and maintain all product content to ensure it remains current, compelling, and accurately reflects our value proposition and capabilities.

  • Strategic Product Communications: Drive the strategy and execution of all product-related communications, from feature launches to certification programs. Create and maintain a consistent narrative that resonates with both external audiences and internal teams, ensuring our product story is told effectively at every touchpoint.

  • Customer Value Storytelling: Capture and amplify our customer success stories through compelling narratives and data-driven proof points. Develop robust ROI tools and case studies that clearly demonstrate the tangible impact of our solutions, making it easy for prospects to envision similar success with our products.

What You’ll Bring

  • Product Marketing Leadership: 3-5 years of hands-on product marketing experience in high-growth SaaS environments, with demonstrated success in driving product adoption, market positioning, and revenue growth.

  • Multi-Channel Customer Engagement: Proven track record of orchestrating integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email, and virtual events that drive meaningful engagement metrics and convert

  • Sales & Customer Success Enablement: Experience building and scaling enablement programs that measurably improve sales productivity, reduce ramp time, and empower customer success teams to drive product adoption and retention.

  • Strategic Content Leadership: Track record of developing compelling content strategies that break through market noise, with expertise in creating high-impact narratives across written, video, and visual formats that resonate with target audiences.

  • Creative Resource Management: Strong experience building and managing relationships with creative agencies, freelancers, and vendors to efficiently scale content production while maintaining brand consistency and quality.

  • Product Marketing Vision: Demonstrates deep understanding of modern product marketing principles with proven frameworks for go-to-market strategy, positioning, competitive analysis, and market research that drive business results.

Compensation Band
The starting salary for this role is between $145,000 to $200,000 USD. The provided salary depends on many factors, such as location, work experience and transferable skills, business needs and impact, and market demands.
