About the role
As our first Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we position, launch, and promote our products. You will work closely with the product, sales, and customer success teams to develop go-to-market strategies, craft messaging, and drive adoption. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is excited to help shape a company from the ground up.
What you'll do
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates
Become the voice of the customer and create compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with our target audience
Collaborate with product teams to understand the product roadmap and translate technical features into customer benefits
Work with sales and customer success teams to develop sales enablement materials (e.g., decks, product sheets, case studies)
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends
Build and execute marketing campaigns to drive product awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement
Analyze marketing performance and iterate on strategies to improve results
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a startup or SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies and product positioning
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling content
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure marketing impact and refine tactics accordingly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with minimal supervision
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams
- Background in regulated industries; vertical B2B or B2G SaaS
