As Headwayâs Product Marketing Manager, Patients, youâll play an integral role in scaling Headwayâs product marketing function. Reporting directly into Headwayâs Senior Manager, Marketing (Product Marketing & Planning), youâll be our first product marketer responsible for our patient product â including product messaging & positioning, product launches, and cross-functional go-to-market execution. You will be a key voice of the customer internally and work cross-functionally to drive marketing campaigns, new product releases, and enable growth teams to effectively attract, convert, and retain our patients.
You Will:
- Become an expert on our patient product â develop a deep understanding of the market, our competitive landscape, and our customers
- Own patient positioning and messaging (including personas) to elevate the quality of our growth motions
- Lead product launches, working closely with cross-functional partners (product management, marketing, comms, design, enablement, clinical, CX, ops)Â
- Partner with our content and growth marketing teams to create content â landing pages, emails â that improve our top of funnel metrics
You'd be a great fit if:
- You have 5-7+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in health tech
- Youâve worked in product marketing supporting the demand-side of a marketplace or on B2C products
- Youâre empathetic and relationship-obsessed â both with internal collaborators and customersÂ
- You have strong track record of driving quantifiable resultsÂ
