Requirements:

Critical:

• At least 2 years of experience in product management.

• Experience in the online gambling or fintech industry.

• Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications.

• Knowledge of DeFi principles and experience integrating DeFi mechanisms into products.

• Understanding of NFT concepts and experience utilizing them in product solutions.

• Strong analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.

• Excellent leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.

Desirable:

• Experience in creating and launching successful cryptocurrency products.

• Experience in token launches and working with various tokenomics models.

• Experience with cryptocurrency exchanges and an understanding of trading mechanisms.

• Experience working in international companies and with various regulatory environments.

• Technical education (computer science, engineering) or an MBA degree.

• Experience working with smart contracts and understanding their applications in gambling.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience applying them in product development.

• Experience working with risk management systems in the context of cryptocurrencies and gambling.

• Understanding of responsible gaming principles and experience integrating them into product solutions.

• Proficiency in multiple languages (English is mandatory).

• Developing and implementing the gaming product development strategy.

• Managing the lifecycle of games, from concept to optimization.

• Analyzing the market, competitive landscape, and user behavior.

• Optimizing user experience and monetization.

• Collaborating with development, marketing, and finance teams.

• Implementing innovative technologies (AI, VR, blockchain).
