Product Manager
We’re looking for a Product Manager who will own the development and ongoing enhancements of our WildApricot product line. In this position, you will identify, define, analyze, prioritize and refine the requirements and communicate those requirements to the development team. You will need to prioritize tradeoffs, clarify requirements, and work to drive user stories to acceptance throughout the Agile software development lifecycle. The Product Manager will work directly with our various internal and external stakeholders, including senior staff, department managers, clients, and the development team to ensure successful translation of requirements into high-quality output.

Your Impact
As a Product Manager at Personify, you will play a crucial role in driving our WildApricot business forward. WildApricot is a membership management software that helps organizations automate tasks like member databases, event registrations, payments, and communications. It’s ideal for associations, nonprofits, and clubs, streamlining administrative work to improve efficiency.
Here’s how you will make a significant impact:
- Work with customers (feedback and directly) to understand their problems and needs
- Work with designers on a solution
- Participating in Agile ceremonies, including planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives
- Maintaining a prioritized backlog that aligns with available Engineering capacity and maps to an overall solution roadmap
- Define feature requirements (i.e. via user stories)
- Working closely with Engineering to ensure solutions are ultimately delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner
- Working closely with other stakeholders to understand the business and adapt solutions as it evolves
- Contribute to the product roadmap in collaboration with other product managers
- Supporting Customer Support, Sales, and Product Marketing in the development of feature descriptions and new release content
What You Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years’ experience in a similar role in a technology company
- High degree of analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced general software skills, including use of multiple applications to manage daily tasks and a solid technical understanding of software operations
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
