About the Role:
Upwardly Global is seeking a talented Product Manager to join our product team. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. 

What You'll Do: 
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs and opportunities. 
  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with business objectives. 
  • Product Requirements: Define detailed product requirements, including use cases, scenarios, and acceptance criteria. 
  • Product Launches: Manage successful product launches, ensuring smooth transitions and addressing any issues. 
  • Customer Focus: Prioritize customer needs and gather feedback to drive product improvements. 
  • Agile Methodology: Lead agile teams through sprints, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. 
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data analytics to make informed product decisions. 
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members to achieve their goals. 
What You'll Need: 
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, or Consulting  
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive product success 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
  • Experience with data products is a plus to optimize talent acquisition processes 
Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
  • Must be available to work evenings as needed.
  • Must have reliable transportation, depending on the region.
  • Occasional travel for team meetings, up to 10% travel.
Salary Range Disclaimer
The base hourly rate represents the low and high end of the hourly rate for this position. Actual wages will vary depending on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Upwardly Global's total compensation package for employees. Benefits include a paid time off policy, a hybrid or remote work schedule, medical/dental/vision insurance, short-term disability insurance, life insurance, and a retirement plan with employer match.
