Overview

National Debt Relief is seeking a highly motivated, analytical, and results-oriented Product Manager to join our Client Success & Experience group. The ideal candidate would have excellent communication skills to seamlessly drive & manage stakeholder relationships, bring experience building technology and working with a development team, and feel confident leveraging both qualitive & quantitative data to prioritize and measure impact. This role would be responsible for executing on a portion of the Client Success & Experience roadmap, working with the development team to define & deliver against requirements, working with the business to bring these features to market, and contributing to defining the team’s roadmap. Overall, the individual must be motivated to deliver an exceptional NDR program experience to our clients.

Responsibilities

Business Expertise & Product Strategy:• Develop a deep understanding of NDR customer journeys, identifying key touchpoints and processes from enrollment to graduation. • Leverage this understanding to deliver technology solutions that optimize business processes and enhance the customer experience.• Contribute to the product vision and strategy based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.• Align product development with business objectives, ensuring that features are prioritized based on impact and feasibility.Business Partnership & Process Improvement:• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.• Incorporate these insights into the product roadmap and feature development to drive business value.• Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align product priorities with business needs, compliance, and financial goals.• Communicate new feature developments and product enhancements to internal stakeholders, coordinating training and demos where needed.Product Development & Execution:• Execute against product roadmaps that reflect the product strategy and customer needs, ensuring features are delivered on time and within scope.• Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to deliver detailed product requirements, user stories, and specifications.• Ensure all features are aligned with NDR system architecture, providing models and documentation as a foundation for code development.• Maintain comprehensive documentation on product features, workflows, and technical requirements, ensuring they are easily accessible to the team.• Track and assess the performance of newly released features, ensuring that they meet the defined success criteria and provide value to the business and clients. • Be prepared to maintain a forward-thinking mindset to drive continuous product and process improvements, aligning with both customer and business objectives.

Qualifications

Required: • Bachelors’ degree required. • 2 total years of experience in Product Management in an agile environment. • Experience working within a highly customized instance of Salesforce (or similar CRM) required. • SQL competency required (SAQL preferred). Preferred: • Degree in a technical discipline (Physics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or similar) preferred.• Experience working in an early-stage startup. • Experience building internal or client-facing reporting or visualizations. • Experience working on a client-facing interface (mobile app, portal, etc.)• Ability to work closely with product, design, and engineering peers and business/operational professionals to capture the details of various processes at a level that reflects the actual flow within the technical stack required.• Comfortable executing independently against a product roadmap, leading all stages of the product development lifecycle (stakeholder discovery, requirement definition & architecture, development, and GTM). • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Powerful written and verbal communicator with the ability to engage and influence both technical audiences and business stakeholders. • Effective problem solving; whether triaging a new bug or working with the business to understand a problem or request, you bring curiosity, creativity, and collaboration to how you approach problems.• Strong desire and ability to learn, contributing solutions and ideas to a broad team.• Computer competency and ability to work with a computer.• Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.• Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis.• Attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis.• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.• Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills. • Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions.• Take constructive feedback.

Compensation Information

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $99,500 to $120,500 annually.
