Salary: £75,000 - £85,000

Your role 

We’re looking for a Product Manager with a strong all-around skillset to take ownership of the sports vertical, driving an exceptional user experience across the entire sportsbook journey. This is a pivotal role in a highly competitive industry, requiring someone who can build and optimise the end-to-end customer experience—from a user’s first interaction with the Midnite brand to their engagement with our sports offerings and beyond.

Your mission will be to enhance every touchpoint, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and enjoyable experience that drives retention and builds loyalty. We need someone ready to take charge, navigate the complexities of this dynamic space, and continuously innovate to set a new standard in the market.

Your role:

• From Discovery to Delivery. End to End ownership of the entire early customer lifecycle
• Work alongside Growth Marketing to deliver a highly optimised Acquisition funnel
• Take the lead alongside CRM to build a state of the art and “market-disruptive” liveops journey
• Use your experience in Growth hacking to deliver high ROI to customer conversion 
• Work closely with and influence senior stakeholders, always advocating for impact
• Regularly interact with our users and develop a deep empathy for them
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver world class products
• Be a champion of a Product-led environment, putting the users first. 
• Find new innovative ways to build a world class First time user experience
• Work directly with Head of Product to develop a long term, game changing Product Strategy
• Regular reporting of Product KPIs to Stakeholders and Department leads.
  

You should apply if:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Experience in end to end Conversion Rate Optimisation (Awareness to First Bet)  
• Experience in Growth Hacking strategies

• You have near-obsession with understanding the user
• You live and breathe data; Making informed decisions with data and always looking for ways to obtain it
• You have a ruthless ability in prioritisation
• You are an excellent communicator, understanding your audience when covering complex areas to a variety of audiences
• You have a strong ability to improvise when the unexpected inevitably comes at you
• You have an interest in any of the following: Gaming, Online Casinos, Free to plays, Social Gaming, Esports, Sports betting
• You have a relentless desire to learn
