đ Weâre on a mission to make money work for everyone
Weâre here to make money work for everyone and we're doing things differently. For too long, banking has been obtuse, complex and opaque.
We want to change that and build a bank with everyone, for everyone. Our amazing community suggests features, test the app and give us constant feedback so we can build something everyone loves.
We're focused on solving problems, rather than selling financial products. We want to make the world a better place and change people's lives through Monzo.

Weâre looking to hire a Product Manager to join our Subscriptions team!
This team is responsible for all of our subscriptions products, including the recently launched Extra, Perks and Max!

- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, user research, partnerships and marketing to identify and validate new opportunities. Work with them to ensure projects are delivered on time and as planned, as well as with legal, compliance and regulatory affairs where relevant
- Lead the planning process and associated roadmap prioritisation ensuring alignment within the team and with wider business goals and objectives.Â
- Create delightful experiences that solve user needs and pain points.
- Work with partners to integrate into their experiences.
- Communicate effectively. You get people inspired by the product vision and you share the right context with the right people at the right time.

- You have a track record of building market-leading value propositions that drive significant growth and engagement.
- Ideally, youâve worked with partners before and have experience in integrations.

- You can work effectively with a diverse range of people and working styles - spanning engineering, design, data, user research, marketing, partnerships, legal and compliance - to get stuff done.
- Youâre able to motivate, energise and inspire people towards a common goal.
- Youâre passionate about building value for customers and not just achieving business results.
- Youâre intellectually honest about your work's performance, continually striving for improvement.Â
- You can systematically break down and solve complex problems.
- Youâre able to make good decisions in complex situations where thereâs often no âright answerâ.Â
- You have the urge and resilience to challenge the status quo and make things better, and are full of creative ideas for how to do so.
- Youâre a fast learner, humble and curious, and enjoy learning every day and sharing your knowledge and experience.
