The Product Manager is responsible for positioning, launch and introduction of LnW Loyalty systems gaming products and related features. Execute product direction and strategy for existing lines of business based upon market information, market research, customer problems, and market trends. Responsible for the support for market requirements, product roadmaps, business cases, and product launch plans for current product categories to ensure the coordination and timeliness of the launch of new products that meet or exceed our customers’ expectations.

This position will focus on very targeted product initiatives that will drive the loyalty program of large corporate customers. The ability to lead parallel products that spam hospitality, gaming, and retail verticals will be critical to the success of the program.

Essential Job Functions:

• Support product lifecycle planning and management of each product category including the development of product roadmaps, business cases, and product launch plans

• Market mapping and opportunity discovery, work closely with commercial leads to define opportunities within new and existing customers

• Sales enablement support for marketing team, SME for pre-sales

• Works with hardware product management to ensure we are aligned with product forecasting, product road mapping, and product life cycle management

• Review and maintain competitive product analysis

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in product management roles

• Previous experience in Gaming preferred

• Previous experience in Hospitality preferred

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required

Pay Transparency:

The targeted pay range for this role is $90,000- $100,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include applicable incentive compensation, such as an annual performance bonus. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique …
