Product Manager

Remote, USA

Omada Health is on a mission to inspire and engage people in lifelong health, one step at a time.

Job overview:

Omada is a leading provider of virtual-first care for weight health, diabetes, hypertension, and musculoskeletal issues. As a Product Manager for Member and Care Team Experiences, you will lead a team responsible for developing scalable, stable, and user-friendly configurable platforms. These systems will enable non-engineers to effortlessly configure, test, and measure flexible interventions.

In collaboration with clinical quality, engineering, and design teams, your role is to deeply understand the needs and motivations of various member segments. By prioritizing projects through a lens of population health clinical outcomes, you'll build platform capabilities that deliver personalized program experiences. These experiences should adapt to individual contexts and barriers, guiding members toward achieving their health goals.

As Omada expands to serve diverse members at different stages of their health journeys, you will articulate the vision and plot the path forward. This includes setting achievable, measurable milestones that unlock value at each development phase. In this role, you'll work closely with engineering, design, clinical teams, care delivery, member insights, and data specialists to pinpoint opportunities for improvement, prioritize initiatives, build new features, and assess their impact.

About you:

  • 2+ years of product management experience
  • 7+ years of a combination of market and/or product strategy, product management, general management, software development, consulting, product or business operations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Passionate about quality user experiences, with the technical chops to dive under the hood and rework structural elements to deliver them
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical understanding
  • History of consistently delivering results against target metrics with solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and clinical guidance
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and great at solving problems with limited resources
  • Strong writer and clear communicator
  • Collaborative, and able to drive alignment in a group of stakeholders
  • Experience collaborating with designers and other team members on user-centered practices and methodologies
  • You are a great listener, and you ask good questions. You aren’t satisfied with answers like, “It’s how we’ve always done it.” You keep asking “Why?” until you really understand.
  • Comfortable analyzing data and leading research/discovery efforts to understand a problem space, identify opportunities, and propose solutions
  • Knowledgeable in A/B testing, experimentation setup design, and related methodologies
  • Experience leveraging AI/ML to personalize products and build efficient workflows is a plus
  • Prior experience at a healthcare company is a plus
  • Familiarity with implementing and maintaining Content Management Systems is a plus

Your impact:

In this role, you will directly contribute to building new capabilities within the Omada experience. You’ll immerse yourself in factors influencing members’ motivation to evolve how they learn, build habits, and engage with Omada’s tools and care teams on the path to better health. Your impact will touch members, care teams, content delivery, connected devices, and more.

You will also:

  • Be accountable for delivering against team metrics
  • Work with engineering to prioritize and manage the team’s backlog
  • Write clear product specs
  • Work with data to ask questions, understand analyses, and evaluate whether our tests and projects were successful
  • Collaborate with design and UX research teams to identify gaps and opportunities in the member and care team experience

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary with generous annual cash bonus
  • Stock options
  • Remote first work from home culture
  • Flexible vacation to help you rest, recharge, and connect with loved ones
  • Generous parental leave
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance (and above market employer contributions)
  • 401k retirement savings plan
  • Two giftable Omada enrollments per calendar year
  • Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA)
  • Mental Health Support Solutions
  • ...and more!
