What you will do in a Product Manager role at Kyruus Health:
- You’ll work very closely with multiple engineering teams and design counterparts, both onshore and offshore, to ideate, solution, define, and execute on new product features solve real customer needs.
- You’ll work with our Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams to engage with customers on their strategic objectives and pain points to test and refine solution ideas.
- You’ll define the “why” and the “what” of product decisions, ultimately contributing to t overall Health Systems Schedule product roadmap each quarter. You’ll then work with the Agile team to define the “how” of the product.
- You’ll lead effective brainstorming sessions with key stakeholders on our products. You’ translate ideas into Epics and break them down into Stories.
- You’ll direct the development of go-to-market content for new product features that can be tailored to multiple different audiences.
- You’ll partner with Analytics to define and analyze metrics to inform investment decision assess the success of experiments, and measure the overall value being delivered.
- Your typical day will include defining and writing epics and stories for product initiative gathering user and customer feedback, collaborating with stakeholders, and working with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to communicate and measure the impact for your product areas.
- You’ll work with your Agile team and your manager to quarterback Kyruus-wide customer discovery, validation, and creation efforts.
- You’ll assess key business partnerships and contribute to build v. partner v. buy decisions.
- You’ll write acceptance criteria and refine requirements based on the Epics. You’ll contribu to release notes and presentations on your product areas.
- You’ll support Sales and existing customer conversations, and be comfortable steering conversations with particularly large and influential VIP customers within our book business.
- You’ll assist Delivery with conducting training on new products and gathering feedback.
- You’ll report to the Senior Manager of the Buyer/Partner vertical of the Health System Applications Department within the Product Division.

- Kyruunauts in the Product Manager role can move in a more linear career path to a Senior Product Manager position. From there, you could move into a Lead Product Manager level role or explore a management position within the Product Management vertical.
- Kyruus Health also loves to see an internal transfer. If a linear career path is not what you’re looking for, you can work with your manager and HR to explore lateral moves to other parts of the organization as you continue to grow with us.
How You Can Grow
Compensation Information:
- Base Pay Range: $123,000 - $150,000/year
- Other Compensation: In addition to your salary, this position is also eligible for our annual bonus program, equity, and benefits. Salary ranges are a guideline and pay is based on a variety of factors including; qualifications, competencies, skill-set, and organizational needs.
