About your new role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our team with a focus on ITSM, SaaS, and similar products. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the strategic vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization for our suite of web services products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive the success of our web services offerings. This is a Full-Time 100% Remote opportunity. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the strategic vision and product roadmap for our web services portfolio, aligning with company objectives and market demands.
• Gather and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and drive product innovation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact and customer value.
• Work closely with design teams to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences for our web services products, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms and applications.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and pricing models to drive adoption and revenue growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from project management, concept and design to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and iterate based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for our web services products, providing guidance and support to internal teams and external stakeholders.

What you'll need for success:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of 5+ years in product management roles, with at least 3 years of experience managing web services or SaaS products.
• Deep experience with products in the space of ITSM, Ticketing, Workflow Management, or Monitoring/Alerting.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and cloud-based architectures, with experience in RESTful API design and implementation.
• Experience working in Agile development environments, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and product management best practices.
• Experience with microservices architecture and deployment on cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
• Proven experience in launching products from ideation to market, including go-to-market strategies and execution in early-stage companies.

Commandlink hires individuals in a number of geographic regions and the pay ranges listed reflect the cost of labor across these regions. The base pay for this position as displayed at the bottom of the job description is a range based on our lowest geographic region, up to our highest geographic region.
