About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Product Manager to lead a product team focused on Marketplace Health and Agility. You’ll work closely with your product team, other Product Managers, and stakeholders across the business to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key new features.

 

Duties and Responsibilities/What You Will Do

  • Develop and communicate the product strategy and roadmap for Marketplace Health and Agility, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy
  • Serve as the Product Owner, managing and prioritizing the product backlog, and leading sprint planning meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and other product managers to gather requirements and feedback
  • Monitor key success metrics and leverage data and user insights to make informed decisions
  • Proactively identify new opportunities to enhance Marketplace Health and Agility and deliver high-quality, innovative features that provide measurable value to customers and the business

During the First Month:

  • Learn about Niche by meeting with various team members to learn more about our company through our Onboarding meetings
  • Familiarize yourself with the business and Niche’s two-sided marketplace
  • Understand your team’s focus area, goals, and product portfolio, and how your team’s work fits into the overall company strategy
  • Attend product team meetings to grasp the product development cycle and build relationships with your team
  • Start building relationships with other product managers and key cross-functional stakeholders, and understand their teams’ strategies and focus areas

Within 3 Months:
