Job Description
The Position:
We’re looking for a curious, driven, and user-obsessed Product Manager to help shape and scale the digital experiences that connect families with senior care solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally to identify pain points, define outcomes, and ship meaningful improvements across our platforms. If you thrive on solving complex problems and want to make a real difference in people’s lives, we’d love to talk.
What you will do:
Own the Product Lifecycle
- Drive the full product development lifecycle — from opportunity discovery to launch to optimization
- Define, refine, and deliver against product goals and key success metrics
- Prioritize ruthlessly, balancing business needs, customer value, and technical feasibility
- Write clear, actionable requirements and user stories that keep teams aligned and focused
Understand the User
- Deeply understand the needs, emotions, and behaviors of seniors and their families through qualitative and quantitative research
- Regularly partner with design, research, and data teams to test hypotheses, uncover friction, and validate concepts
- Translate insights into product opportunities that address real human challenges with empathy and clarity
- Be a voice of the user in every product conversation — especially in moments that impact trust, care, or urgency
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing to define scope, sequence, and delivery of product features
- Facilitate ongoing alignment with stakeholders across business, legal, operations, and sales
- Ensure cross-functional teams are clear on the "why," not just the "what," behind product initiatives
- Champion transparency and communication throughout the product development process
Ship with Quality and Speed
- Lead agile ceremonies with confidence — sprint planning, standups, retros, and backlog grooming
- Work with engineering leads to remove roadblocks and maintain momentum
- Monitor performance of shipped features and continuously iterate based on user feedback and data
- Ensure releases are stable, usable, and impactful from day one
Measure and Optimize
- Define clear success criteria and KPIs before building — and rigorously measure against them post-launch
- Use data (behavioral, transactional, operational) to identify new opportunities or areas for refinement
- Run A/B tests or multivariate experiments to improve usability, conversion, and retention
- Share results transparently and use them to drive the next cycle of learning and improvement
Act Like an Owner
- Think strategically and act proactively to move the business forward
- Be resourceful, self-directed, and decisive in ambiguity
- Take accountability for outcomes — not just output
- Constantly ask: “Is this the best experience we can offer our users right now?”
Qualifications
Required Skills and Competencies:
- 3–6+ years of product management experience, ideally in a B2C or marketplace environment
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, product discovery, and hypothesis-driven development
- A track record of shipping and iterating on digital products with measurable impact
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills — you can translate between business, design, and engineering with ease
- Empathy for users combined with a bias for action and results
- Experience with analytics tools (Amplitude, GA4, Mixpanel, etc.) and basic SQL a plus
- Bonus: Background in healthcare, eldercare, or high-trust consumer services
Additional Information
Compensation
- Base Salary: $115,000 to $130,000 + 10% Bonus
- Benefits:
- 401(k) plus match
- Dental insurance
- Health insurance
- Vision Insurance
- Paid Time Off
