Due to growth, we are adding a Product Manager, Med-D to our Government Programs department.Ā Ā

This position is responsible for providing product management for the Navitus Medicare Part-D program. The Product Manager (PM) will lead efforts to design, develop, implement, and oversee various Medicare Part-D processes that align with both client expectations and ensure Navitus is meeting compliance requirements as defined by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The PM is responsible for reviewing and acting upon all CMS guidance related to these functions, including technical guidance as well as business process-related guidance. The PM ensures that the appropriate software, processes/procedures, and oversight monitoring, are implemented to meet these requirements. The PM must work closely with all key functional areas that administer the Medicare Part-D function. The PM provides support to the Sales, Clinical Services and Client Services departments. The PM will be responsible for day-to-day oversight of key partner relationships. This role requires both experience in project/product management, as well as deep knowledge of Medicare Part-D rules and regulations.

- Manages the development, implementation, and maintenance of Medicare Part-D processes for all Medicare Part-D clients. Develops the necessary project plans and leads projects that enhance the Medicare Part-D program
- Monitors and interprets CMS regulations, guidance, and system changes. Ensures the Medicare Part-D function meets all regulatory requirements. Aligns Navitusā oversight programs with CMSās āBest Practiceā methodology
