The Team

The Institutional Custody Product Group at Kraken is dedicated to the design, development, implementation, and enhancement of Kraken’s institutional platform offerings. This group collaborates closely with product, technology, and operation teams across the firm to understand the unique needs and challenges of institutional clients in the crypto space. The focus is on crafting a robust, scalable, and user-friendly platform that caters to the sophisticated requirements of institutional clients.

The Opportunity

As a Product Manager for our institutional platform, you will play an important role in expanding Kraken’s business. This role focuses on the development of critical aspects of our institutional offering, catering to both existing and new market segments.

• Work with multiple teams to define and develop best-in-class institutional platform

• Contribute to group product strategy, roadmap, and business plan

• Identify and assess opportunities to increase product adoption among institutions

• Drive continuous discovery, prioritization, and requirement refining sessions

• Evangelize data-driven decision-making and analytics within the organization

• Build product documentation including specifications, flows, and architecture diagrams

• Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Legal, and others to execute on the roadmap

• Facilitate communication across all project phases - scope, timelines, and resources
