ClubLabs is the acceleration team for Auto Club Enterprises, also known as AAA. We are the team responsible for developing products and enhancing member experiences across the organization’s insurance, membership, financial, emergency roadside, and travel services. As a Product Manager reporting to the Sr. Product Manager for Emerging Product Innovation, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of AAA's product offerings. This is a dynamic role where you will work on high-potential, forward-thinking products that address long-term trends and emerging market opportunities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and manage innovative products that will drive long-term success across AAA's Membership, Insurance, and Travel services.
What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with the Sr. Product Manager of Emerging Products to execute AAA's product strategy for future emerging products in Membership, Insurance, Travel and new market categories.
- Support the ideation, validation, and early-stage development of new product concepts and features, ensuring they align with strategic goals.
- Contribute to the management of the product innovation pipeline, ensuring new ideas are evaluated and moved through the product lifecycle.
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to identify emerging trends and future product opportunities.
- Assist in developing long-term product roadmaps and contribute to defining the vision for the future and strategy for emerging products.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and business stakeholders, to ensure smooth product delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Oversee specific product lifecycle stages, from ideation through development to rollout, ensuring effective implementation.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials for senior leadership, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders to support product success and alignment across departments.
What You Will Need:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, management, finance, technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 3+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of successfully launching new products.
- Experience with product discovery, R&D, innovation, or early-stage product lifecycle management with a strong understanding of the new product development process.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse cross functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and data analysis tools (e.g., Tableau, SQL).
- Knowledge or experience in one or more of AAA’s key business areas (Insurance, Travel, Financial Services, Automotive, or Membership) is a plus.
- A passion for innovation and emerging technologies, with a keen eye for trends that will shape the future of AAA’s products and services.
- Curiosity and a forward-thinking mindset to keep AAA ahead of industry trends and opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

The starting pay range for this position is:
$129,400.00 - $172,000.00Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
