About the role:
In this Product Management role, you’ll benefit from our heavy investment in R&D as you build and roll-out new products for the rapidly-changing fintech landscape. In order to advance the way the world pay, banks and invests, you’ll manage life-cycle planning activities for the delivery of new products and ensure changes in market and business priorities are reflected.

About the team:
Worldpay's Merchant Acquiring team serves as the backbone for all our fintech product offerings. The team operates in an exciting, fast-pace environment with a 'win as one team' mentality.

What you will be doing:
• Preparing and presenting product plans for Debit and EMV payments that identify risks and challenges, opportunities and growth strategies.
• Managing Debit and EMV payments budget planning process.

• Providing content for product roadmaps and ensuring timely delivery.
• Monitoring each product’s profit and loss statement.
• Collaborating with senior management, completing business scope documents and managing key vendor relationships.

What you will need:
• General business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence.
• Knowledge of financial services industry and associated products.
• A bachelor’s in business or marketing or the equivalent experience.

Added bonus if you have:
• Integration experience with US card processing networks.

• Knowledge of card scheme regulations and rules.

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $123,810.00 - $207,980.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
