Role Overview:

As a Product Manager I - Mobile, you are responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and adoption through the Housecall Pro mobile apps.  In this role, you contribute to and execute against the company’s  overall strategy and goals by driving conversion rate and funnel improvements, building engaging and compelling onboarding experiences, and empowering our customers to seamlessly transition their work between web and mobile.

You collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other key stakeholders to prioritize backlogs, establish structures, and implement frameworks that accelerate our progress. As part of a tight-knit, agile product team, you deliver beautifully crafted software experiences and swiftly launch new products. You guide the team on a balanced path, aligning business objectives with customer needs to achieve exceptional results.

What you do each day:

  • Identify market opportunities and contribute to the product vision and strategy
  • Conduct interviews, surveys, and competitor research to gather insights
  • Analyze product data to size, prioritize, and capitalize on new opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Strategy, and Operations) to develop and validate solutions
  • Support Product Designers by providing design guidance and clear strategic thinking
  • Partner with Design and Engineering to create wireframes and user flows
  • Work with business teams to refine product positioning, pricing, risk management, and operational needs
  • Conduct user testing to validate proposed solutions and gather feedback
  • Develop and communicate product roadmaps, sequencing launches for optimal speed and learning
  • Drive execution by maintaining momentum across teams and delivering rapid post-launch iterations

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in mobile product management; funnel optimization and/or onboarding experience specifically is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience using ‘growth stack’ tools (i.e. Amplitude, Segment, Braze, Launch Darkly and others that enable product managers to rapidly experiment and measure results)
  • Deep understanding of mobile product management and design best practices

Location Dependent Information

This role is open to candidates and the expected salary range for this role is $96,000-$120,000. The specific salary for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s equity plan and the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits.
