The Role:

The Product Manager – Data Analytics is responsible for building data-driven analytics products that enable actionable insights into pharmacy operation.  The Product Manager will lead efforts to build cloud software products that enhance pharmacy fulfillment, focusing on data analytics, data visualization, and customer integrations, and cloud APIs. In this role, the Product Manager will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and external stakeholders to develop product roadmaps and deliver impactful solutions. The Product Manager is accountable for gathering and integrating customer feedback, aligning product direction with technical capabilities and business needs, and driving continuous improvement iA’s cloud analytics product offerings. The Product Manager is responsible for leading strategic decisions that drive product direction.

What you'll do:

  • Data Analytics Focus
    • Lead the creation of data analytics products that enable actionable insights into pharmacy operations
    • Oversee the integration of data visualizations into product features to provide users with intuitive, real-time insights from complex data sets
    • Work directly with data engineers to build cloud-based data structures for consumption across customer-facing products and internal analytics
    • Collaborate with designers to create analytics visualization wireframe designs for cloud analytics products.
  • Product Strategy & Execution:
    • Define and execute the product strategy aligned with company growth objectives, prioritizing initiatives that maximize market impact, drive profitability, and support long-term business goals.
    • Develop key product metrics to guide decision-making and measure success and ensure alignment with market demands and organizational priorities.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps to articulate the product vision, demonstrate market positioning strategies, and ensure alignment across internal teams and external stakeholders.
    • Analyze market trends and competitive positioning to identify growth opportunities, refine product offerings, and maintain a leadership position in the pharmacy fulfillment industry
  • Product Development & Lifecycle Management:
    • Manage the entire lifecycle of data analytics products, from inception through design, development, and launch.
    • Create and manage Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) based on customer needs and market demands to guide software development
    • Ensure smooth product development processes by coordinating with engineering teams to prioritize software features and lead backlog grooming.
    • Manage the launch of new products and features, ensuring cross-functional alignment and clear communication across teams.
    • Collect customer feedback, analyze market trends, and research competitor activity to inform product decisions.
    • Drive large-scale product transformations, aligning data analytics strategy with overarching business goals.
    • Make product decisions impacting multiple business units, ensuring alignment with company-wide strategic objectives.
  •  Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure product launches are successful and the iA organization is enabled to sell new product offerings
    • Collaborate with customer support and customer training teams to ensure the iA organization is enabled to support product offerings
    • Build strong relationship with pharmacy customer operations leaders to gain customer empathy and understanding
    • Facilitate strategic discussions with leadership to secure alignment and approval for product initiatives, balancing business objectives with technical feasibility.
    • Develop and deliver compelling product presentations to executive leadership, clearly articulating data-driven insights, product roadmaps, and strategic recommendations. 

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of product management experience.
  • A strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and execute product strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics platforms, technologies, and methodologies, including data modeling, data visualization, and operational analytics
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver impactful solutions
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Flexibility to travel up to 25%.

It would be great if you also have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Developer for customer-facing B2B data analytics products, including data visualization, data modeling, and reporting.
  • Hands on experience building data visualizations with tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Looker.
  • Proven track record of managing and launching data-driven products, with a strong emphasis on data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and analytics dashboard development.
  • Experience in Fulfillment & Distribution, Pharmacy Fulfillment, Manufacturing,  or related industries.
  • Track record of excelling in fast-paced, start-up environments and effectively managing competing priorities.

Compensation:

The estimated base annual salary range for this position is $97,421.08 to $131,805.00, though a candidate’s base annual salary shall be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience. This position may additionally be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
