What You Will Do

In this role, you'll own the platform-wide initiatives that create a common and unified user experience across our breadth of products- such as our navigation, design system, and UI frameworks. You'll work cross-functionally with all of our product verticals and their product managers, engineers, and designers to ensure that users have a cohesive platform experience. You will also work closely with your engineering and design counterparts and go-to-market teams to deliver feature and design enhancements and strategic initiatives. In this role, you will also:

  • Lead our Core UI services across Lattice working with your pod
  • Lead the prioritization and development of your product's roadmap to drive impact
  • Synthesize customer feedback to identify pain points and deeply understand their problems.
  • Partner with leadership across our Engineering, Product, and Design organizations to ensure we are developing our platform on common primitives with high degrees of product interoperability
  • Form strong cross-functional relationships across the organization, including with our Go-to-market partners.
  • Deliver on product and business goals.

What You Will Bring to the Table

We are looking for someone who has an interest in working on a platform and a combination of the following:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in product management
  • Great design taste and a strong interest in solving usability problems
  • Proven track record of supporting high-performing teams with a history of developing products with best-in-class customer experiences
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills 
  • Comfort with ambiguity, autonomy, and responsibility; you enjoy figuring out what needs to be done—and then doing it.
  • You have experience overseeing the product decision-making process across multiple teams.
  • Preferably, you have professional experience with developing frontend experiences for multi-product, B2B SaaS applications and a technical degree.
