Product Manager

Finexio is simplifying the way businesses make and receive business payments by integrating electronic payments and cash flow improvement solutions directly into customers' business process software. Finexio is experiencing rapid growth, and we are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in supporting the execution of product priorities and contributing to the product vision and strategy as we scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable product plans and work collaboratively to deliver impactful products that meet customer needs.

Reporting to the VP of Product, this individual will play a vital role in supporting our next phase of growth by contributing to the strategic direction of our product offerings as we scale. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of product strategies, managing product development from discovery through to launch, and ensuring our solutions align with market needs and business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, to refine product requirements, oversee the development process, and contribute to successful product delivery. Ideal candidates will have a strong passion for product management, with experience in managing complex product initiatives, translating customer needs into actionable features, and leveraging data to inform decision-making. This role offers significant opportunities for growth and advancement within the Finexio Product team for those who excel in contributing to product success. A background in payments or fintech is a big plus!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Strategy Support:

• Contribute to the development of product vision and strategy by providing insights from market research, customer feedback, and performance data.
• Collaborate with the VP of Product and other senior leaders to ensure that the product roadmap aligns with the broader strategic goals of Finexio.
• Participate in strategic discussions, offering input and recommendations based on domain expertise and understanding of customer needs.
