Summary
We are seeking a driven and experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the development and execution of our population health care management solutions. This role is central to delivering impactful care management experiences for diverse populations, ensuring seamless digital interactions for both clinicians and members. As a Product Manager in this space, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical experts, design, engineering, data analytics, and customer success, to drive product innovation, engagement, and adoption. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in healthcare product management, experience in population health or clinical solutions, and a demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic, agile environment.
Your role in our mission
- Drive Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and execute a product strategy for population health care management, aligned with our mission to enhance member experiences and care management support. Craft a vision that balances business goals, regulatory requirements, and client needs.
- Lead Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with clinicians, care managers, engineers, data scientists, and designers to prioritize product features, refine user experiences, and ensure alignment with clinical workflows.
- Understand Customer Needs: Cultivate a deep understanding of care management and member needs through direct interaction, surveys, and feedback. Integrate these insights into product development to address the unique challenges of care management.
- Product Road mapping and Execution: Define and communicate a clear product roadmap that guides cross-functional teams toward deliverable milestones. Ensure features are developed, tested, and released to meet high-quality standards and clinical impact.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Advocacy: Engage closely with clients, maintaining strong relationships and trust. Act as a point of contact for escalation, and champion the ‘voice of the customer’ to guide product priorities and improvements.
- Market Research and Compliance: Stay updated on market trends, regulatory standards, and competitive products to ensure our care management solutions remain competitive and compliant.
- Agile Development Leadership: Operate within an agile environment, utilizing methodologies and tools such as Jira, to manage backlogs, prioritize user stories, and drive continuous improvement.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in software product management, with a strong preference for experience in healthcare, population health, or clinical solutions.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling B2B2C products.
- Exceptional ability to prioritize features and initiatives based on data, user feedback, resource availability, and strategic objectives.
- Experience working with clinicians and understanding clinical workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and align diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in agile development and project management tools, such as Jira.

The pay range for this position is $116,100.00 - $165,900.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
