Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager focused on Patient Experience. This role will be pivotal in understanding patient needs, motivations, and behavior through data and analytics. The Product Manager will drive the strategy and execution of initiatives to enhance patient conversion, onboarding, and key elements of asynchronous virtual care such as scheduling, chat, video visits, and self-service.
What you'll Do:
- Essential Functions:

- Utilize data and analytics to gain deep insights into patient needs, motivations, and behavior.
- Develop and drive the strategy for improving patient conversion, onboarding, and engagement with Vori Health's virtual care services.
- Lead the design and execution of initiatives to enhance patient experience, including onboarding, scheduling, chat, video visits, and self-service tools.
- Collaborate with design teams to create user-friendly interfaces and seamless patient journeys.
- Ensure that our product complies with industry standards and regulations.
- Analyze product launches to confirm positive business impact.
- Relentlessly iterate products to sharpen business impact.
- Work closely with clinical and operations stakeholders to understand their needs and integrate their feedback into product development.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of product features and improvements.
- Conduct user research and apply design thinking methodologies to identify pain points and opportunities for enhancing patient experience.
- Develop prototypes and conduct usability testing to validate assumptions and refine solutions.
- Utilize analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of product initiatives and inform continuous improvement.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring alignment and collaboration across departments.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure we optimize value and align roadmaps.

Who you are:

Must Haves:

5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on patient experience or healthcare technology.

Proven track record of driving strategy and execution of patient-facing digital products.

Experience working with data and analytics to inform product decisions.

Strong background in user research, design thinking, and product design.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in product management methodologies, and tools, such as Figma, Jira, Linear, Segment, Mixpanel, etc.

Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment across stakeholders.

Ability to work effectively with clinical, operations, and engineering teams.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Design, Healthcare) or 5+ years equivalent experience.
