Roles and Responsibilities
- Own GridBeats strategy, roadmap, delivery model, pricing, revenues, and growth plan with focus on differentiation and business model innovation
- Stay connected with the market dynamics, engage with GA customers to understand problems worth solving and translate them into new product/solution requirements
- Deeply understand customers challenges in this segment by taking an ecosystem view and considering drivers of change
- Develop portfolio blueprint, identify creative business models that will bring value to customers and enable GA revenues growth; develop long-term roadmap
- Actively engage with customers to understand their business model, determine customers critical KPIs and use data to develop competitive offerings
- Lead the product management team to develop value proposition, market assessment and segmentation, competition analysis, business case, product requirement documents, innovative business models
- Promote the offerings with key catalytic customers and sales organization globally
- Develop, in collaboration with the region commercial teams, the growth plans and offerings roadmap based on customer specific needs
- Develop, coach, and mentor the team to strengthen the overall business capabilities
- Instill a culture of candor, accountability, passion for growth and differentiation
- Drive co-creation and collaboration with customers and be at the forefront of the creative engagement that can result in innovative solutions
- Drive productive interactions with other GA Product Managers, R&D, Technical Application Engineering, and Commercial teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a product management leadership role with focus on digital solutions
- Minimum of 15 years of experience with a leading player in the energy industry

The base pay range for this position is 152,800.00 - 233,000.0 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 15% variable incentive bonus annually. This posting is expected to close on (2/17/25)
