Product Management Leader, Enterprise Knowledge Management

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Knowledge Management and Content Development Leader to join our team. In addition to leading a team of content developers creating product sales, training, and adoption content, the successful candidate will optimize the use of our product information and knowledge assets, assess existing resources, identify gaps, and develop a strategy for implementing an AI-based interface to enhance internal and external access to product information. Experience with platforms such as Palantir or similar data integration and management tools is required.

What you will be responsible for: 

Product Knowledge Asset Optimization Strategy and Implementation Using AI: 

• Evaluate current product knowledge assets (e.g., knowledge banks, help sites, release notes, support tickets, etc.). 

• Identify gaps and areas for improvement in product knowledge management. 

• Develop and implement a strategy to optimize the use of product information and knowledge assets, with a strong emphasis on AI-driven solutions. 

• Design and deploy an AI-based interface to facilitate efficient internal and external queries and improve information retrieval processes. 

• Leverage platforms like Palantir to integrate, analyze, and manage complex data, enhancing accessibility and usability of knowledge assets. 

• Monitor the performance of AI-driven interfaces, refining algorithms and models to adapt to evolving business needs. 

• Ensure AI solutions and platform use align with overall business objectives and provide measurable improvements in knowledge management efficiency. 

Content Development and Management: 

• Develop high-quality training materials and resources. 

• Supervise and mentor a team of content developers, ensuring consistency and quality in content creation. 

• Continuously improve training content based on feedback and changing business needs. 

Collaboration and Communication: 

• Work closely with DTN departments to gather and integrate information. 

• Communicate strategy, progress, and updates to relevant stakeholders. 

• Provide training and support to team members on new AI-driven knowledge management tools and processes. 

What you will bring to the role: 

• Proven experience in knowledge management or a similar role. 

• Strong understanding of AI-driven tools, machine learning, knowledge management systems and data integration platform experience is required. Palantir experience is highly preferred.

• Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills. 

• Experience in sales and training content development and team management. 

• Experience in project management and strategic planning. 

• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities. 

• Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $123,750 and $165,000. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
